Now, you have may be developing more anxiety related to your sex performance because of those past experiences Thus, if you can take the pressure from trying to perform sexually, you will likely enjoy sex and experience less issues. The anxious thoughts about sex may still come up in your mind. It is important to allow these thoughts to come and go, passing by in your mind without trying to analyze these thoughts or predict possible outcomes.
As I said before there could be multiple other issues that could contribute to this concern. For example, I am unsure of your age but it is possible to experience issues with libido as males becomes older. Also, substance use and certain medications can also affect sex drive.
