Providing Mental Health Care That Works And Is Accessible To You.

Rates

At this time, I am accepting payment through insurance. I currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, Cigna, Aetna, Oxford, Oscar Health, and United Healthcare. My current rate for individuals paying out of pocket without insurance is $70 for individual session. I accept payment via debit or credit card, HSA or FSA card, and Apple Pay (and other contactless payments) at the end of each session. Since I’m currently offering exclusively online therapy services, I’m accepting payment via the client portal. In certain circumstances, you may qualify for a lower fee.

Accepted Payments

I accept payment via cash, check, debit or credit card, HSA or FSA card, and Apple Pay (and other contactless payments) at the end of each session.

Since I’m currently offering exclusively online therapy services, I’m accepting payment via the secure client portal. You must make a client portal as this is the most secure way for me to accept payment.

Out of Network Billing

If you receive Out of Network (OON) benefits from your insurance coverage I can offer a receipt with appropriate details for you to request reimbursement from your insurance carrier if applicable.

Good Faith Estimate Notice

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
