Therapy for Therapists

Fellow therapist and healthcare workers can be very self-less people.
We give our very best into our work and we love what we do. However, the work can also become overwhelming. Moreover, the burnout can set it in when we are not receiving the best feedback from our clients or colleagues.

Imposter syndrome

Unfortunately, therapist and other healthcare workers can develop an increasing sense of self-doubt that affects their ability to perform well. Trainees may likely be impacted by a negative experience at a training site or negative supervision experiences. If you are a healthcare worker experiencing this strong sense of self-doubt, I am here to help.
